• If an item is of the wrong size or you want to exchange it for another item, you should send it back to us. As soon as the item is received, we will send you a new one in return. Shipping costs are covered by the customer.
• If the received item is defective, we will make a full refund or exchange it for another item absolutely free, covering all the shipping costs.
